Why a List of Issues Isn't Enough
Most inspection reports are just that — a list. Every crack, stain and worn seal gets recorded in the order it was found, leaving you to work out what actually matters. That's fine for an engineer, but it's the wrong starting point for someone who has to decide what gets fixed this month versus next year. A SiteEcho report starts from the decision backwards: what needs attention first, and why.
How Risk Levels Are Defined
01 — Severity
How serious the issue is on its own — structural, cosmetic, or somewhere in between.
02 — Urgency
How quickly it's likely to get worse if left unaddressed.
03 — Location Sensitivity
Whether the issue sits somewhere that affects safety, water ingress, or guest/tenant experience.
04 — Combined Score
The three factors above combine into one clear rating per finding — High, Medium or Low.
Reading a Risk Score
A High score means something needs attention soon — typically active water ingress, structural movement, or damage likely to worsen quickly. Medium covers issues worth planning for, but not urgent this week. Low flags cosmetic or early-stage wear worth monitoring. Every score sits next to the finding itself, mapped to its exact location on the imagery — so nothing gets lost in translation between the drone footage and your maintenance plan.
